*** COVID-19 Update - Cleaning has always been a top priority of ours. We continue to use the same hospital grade cleaners but are also quarantining our toys for a 2 weeks upon their return to the library prior to cleaning them.
When Do I Receive New Toys?
Based on the information you provided us when you signed up for your subscription we will select an appropriate day and time slot. For example, if you prefer pickup on Monday between the hours of 4-8pm, we might schedule you to receive your toys on the third Monday of every month with a pick up during the hours of 4-8pm. Should this not work, we ask that you contact us and we will work with you to find the best day and time.
What Happens If I Miss My Delivery/Pickup Window?
Subscribers unable to make their assigned pickup/delivery window can arrange to exchange toys at an earlier date and receive a new package as long as their subscription is still active. Any toys dropped off at a later date than the assigned drop off will be subject to late fees of ~2.5% of the package value per day.
Freedom Add-on members have the option of keeping their toys for an additional month so long as the subscription is still active. Should a Freedom Add-on member wish to receive different toys they can contact us to arrange a time to pick up the new package.
Thinking of Cancelling?
We are sorry to see you go. If there are any suggestions to improve the service to help you stay, please Contact Us. All subscriptions will auto renew either monthly or annually depending on your subscription.
If you would like to cancel, please provide at least 30 days notice prior to your assigned pickup/delivery date to terminate your plan. There are no refunds for annual subscribers cancelling before the renewal date, any remaining months of credits will be forfeit.

Have Toys you are Looking to Sell?
We are always looking to share new toys with our customers and understand that kids outgrow their toys so quickly that they end up hardly being played with. We ask that you bring in toys without missing pieces and fully assembled, if possible.
Feel free to setup an appointment to bring your toys into The Village Toy Share for us to evaluate, you can typically receive 30% of the new price Gift Certificate value to apply to your membership.
What happens if I break of misplace pieces of a toy?
Sometimes children misplace pieces or they get mixed in with other sets. Children can sometimes be more bulldozer than hummingbirds. We understand.
If critical pieces are missing or broken, we replace them from our stock of spare parts using a percent of the original toy value. If the toy is unusable when returned, we will send it back to you the next month for the reduced value of the toy, typically 50% of new.
Instructions are included with all equipment and we are available if you have any questions about how to use the equipment and toys.
Did you know: Out of the first 1000 toys rented, only 1 piece has gone missing and not come back. Most toys are found the following month (or even a few months later).
Do you sell used toys?
Yes! Our used toys that are retiring from the rotation are sold at our sister company The Village Toy Box.
